We are pleased to offer our patients the option to communicate via our secure Patient Portal, Emerson Connect.
What is Emerson Connect?
Emerson Connect is a web-based service that allows secure communication with us and other physicians within the Emerson Physician-Hospital Association about non-urgent matters.
Through the portal you may:
- View lab results
- Request prescription refills
- Send a non urgent secure message to your healthcare provider
Getting Started
If you have not already signed up for the patient portal please call our office at 978-369-7627 to get started! We will send your unique PIN to you via a secure e-mail from Emerson Connect. You will then need to log-in at Emerson Connect and complete all registration steps in order to start receiving secure messages from your provider’s office.
Please remember the patient portal is not to be used for urgent matters. Please call our office at 978-369-7627 for all urgent matters.
